Gratitude is powerful. It assists you in attracting what you want. Gratefulness causes you to have a brighter outlook about your life and conditions. It allows you to see more clearly to the solution to perceived obstacles. It has been shown to improve health and well-being.
As a balanced brain person you attract more quickly what you are thinking. One technique that I have found to be helpful in shifting perceived awareness of circumstances is an activity called the 21 Gun Salute. For 21 days consistently list 21 things that you are thankful for each day. Try this activity especially during times when you find you are experiencing a pattern of negative thoughts.
Remember: Our outer experience represents our inner activity.
Below you will find a beautiful video on the power of gratitude. Please send comments to let me know your thoughts or questions on this topic.
The other day after a talk with my lady about us working things out I affirmed to make a change in my life. I woke up, meditated with crystals, and made my smoothie and my food, then set out for the day.
I felt in such a great mood! I smiled at random people and they did the same.
What struck my attention was that random people would bring up activities I planned on doing. For instance, I registered for the gym and specifically asked if they had a heated pool. Later in the day nowhere near a gym, in an elevator a lady said “you’re almost close to working out! It’d be great to go for a swim!” Like there was 3 events like that!
I believe these things are because I been listening to your blogtalk and actively trying to find ways to apply what you’re saying.
Being mindful of my thoughts are key to my environment and I want to gain more control over them because my reality LITERALLY changes with my thoughts QUICKLY!
Suffice to say I’ve experienced rather uncomfortable experiences because of this but I believe that your brain balancing program will help me have discipline to focus on the more beneficial thoughts and activities instead of the other things…
Thank you Jewel Pookrum. You are a part of a small team of angels that have saved my life.
