We are all meditators. Did you know that? Yes, meditation is a part of our natural order of life. Mediation occurs when our normal brain wave frequency changes or is altered. Any activity that you do that you focus on is causing a change in your brain frequency. It could be exercising, cooking, sewing, or drawing, to name a few.
